House located in a village, it is already restored
and developed on more levels, it has a little
balcony also. At the same level of the road there
are a big cellar with a vaulted ceiling, upstairs a
guestroom, bedroom and bathroom. On second
floor there are the kitchen, the living room and a
small balcony. The property shares with the
neighbour a stair that is practically not used. The
house of neighbour is on sale also but it need to
be restored; it is smaller than the other one;
downstairs there is a storeroom, upstairs two former
living rooms and courtyard with a small wall
around. The price for the old part is on request, it is
interesting but the house is sold only together to
the restored part.
