BRICK HOUSE. It is a palace of the 17th century, in excellent static condition,
with attached a former farmhouse. The palace develops on four floors, plus a
basement floor and a little tower.
On the main façade there are important architectural elements as the
squaring of all windows with shaped bricks, embossed stone balconies on the
"piano nobile" with period gratings and a four-pillar staircase, completely
vaulted, with a central space which could contain a lift.
About 100 metres ceiling have to be renewed, floorings are excellent and almost
all the brick vaults are intact.
The cross-vaulted cellars are perfect and completely dry.
The farmhouse, also interesting from a general architectural point of view,
has a terrace completely exposed to the sunlight.
The structure of the farm part is discreet.
The exclusive court towards the countryside is about 7,000 sq.m.
The whole building is located in a tiny village - Ripattoni, 6 Km away from
the sea in Giulianova, 2 km from the road linking the Adriatic motorway with
that towards Rome, 150 km away from Rome and 20 km from the Pescara airport.
